Jennifer Underwood is the the Billing Manager. She has been with Clarksville Connected Utilities since 2019. Jennifer answers directly to the General Manager.
She manages the front office which include the Customer Service Department, Billing, and Cashiering. Her duties include working with customers for residential and commercial accounts.
She also works closely with the CFO and the Meter Technicians along with the other managers.
