The Finance Officer is a member of the executive team reporting directly to the General Manager and actively participates in the monthly Utility Commission board meetings.

As Finance Officer, he/she is the key individual responsible for the financial affairs and accounting practices for Clarksville Connected Utilities. His/her duties include oversight of the accounting staff and is the primary contact for utility’s IT and internal software system’s needs. He/she will also oversee the human resources function.

In addition, the Finance Officer is the key individual responsible for the operation and coordination of the Customer Service, Billing, and Metering Department.
