Our Broadband department started in 2017 with our first beta customers connected with Active Ethernet connections. As of the current date, we now have over 2500 customers. We provide a complete Fiber to the Premise solution, meaning there are no copper solutions in our service. We still offer Active Ethernet connections, but we serve most customers with our GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network) technology. With our all fiber solutions, we are able to offer parallel speeds. This means we can offer upload speeds just as fast as our download speeds, which makes us a great choice for gaming. We also offer residential voice service and business phone service. Our business service offer 2 types of voice products. Along with standard analog service, we offer hosted VoIP phones. Our VoIP service allows business to have a feature rich phone system without having to pay a large Capex expense for service. This service offers great voice quality at a price that is hard to beat. Our number 1 priority is customer service. The team here at CCU is comprised of local hometown employees that have a personal connection to our town, businesses and residents.
