Hot Weather:

​During Hot Weather we shall not suspend residential service to a customer on a day when the National Weather Service forecasts that a temperature of 95 degrees Fahrenheit or higher will occur at any time during the following 24-hour period.

Cold Weather:

​During Cold Weather we shall not suspend residential service to a customer on a day when the National Weather Service forecasts that a temperature of 32 degrees Fahrenheit or lower will occur at any time during the following 24-hour period.
